Ki, LLC Virginia Operations (VA Ops) completed its relocation from Chesapeake to Virginia Beach, VA in December 2010. This strategic move has placed VA Ops in a better location to serve its Government customers, foster key business/industry relationships, and play a more integral role in the Navy contracting community.
The new facility is a state-of-the-art, 7,800 sq. ft. operations center with administrative offices, onsite warehousing, engineering and integration centers, and professional conferencing facilities. As a result of this move, VA Ops is now able to achieve a 55 to 60 percent reduction in operating cost without sacrificing any operational capabilities and providing a much improved and productive office environment.
“Getting back to the basics” is a driving force in the philosophy embraced by Ki’s VA Ops Operations Manager, Robert (Bob) Bondi. His vision embraces making Ki as efficient and effective as possible. Bob is quick to point out that the appearance of this new facility provides a professional and business-friendly atmosphere. In his words, “This move gives us a strong and effective base of operations, embraces our culture shift to set the standards for professionalism, and honors the core values of our shareholders.”
