Ki is part of the Akima Management Services, LLC (AMS) family of companies. As a subsidiary of AMS, Ki is part of a much larger organization, well-established in the government contracting arena. AMS, a holding company, provides finance, accounting, human resources, management information system, safety, and quality system support to each of its 10 subsidiaries.

Structure

We are headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with a regional office in Virginia Beach, Virginia. We have business operations in San Diego, California and Charleston, South Carolina, and we are providing on-site support in Texas, and Pennsylvania, we employ more than 600 highly skilled professionals, delivering exceptional design, engineering and technical services for shipboard and shore-based Command and Control, Communications and Surveillance systems (C4ISR), physical security systems, Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, and meteorological (METOC) and navigation systems. We provide planning, installation, testing (FAT & SOVT), training and maintenance support for state of the art communications, surveillance and convergent technology systems.
