Ki, LLC [Ki], a broad based services contractor, has for over 10 years proudly provided engineering and installation (E&I) and advisory and assistance (A&AS) services to the U.S. Department of Defense and other government agencies.
Ki is part of the Akima Management Services, LLC (AMS) family of companies. As a subsidiary of AMS, Ki is part of a much larger organization, well-established in the government contracting arena. AMS, a holding company, provides finance, accounting, human resources, management information system, safety, and quality system support to each of its 10 subsidiaries.

Structure
We are headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with a regional office in Virginia Beach, Virginia. We have business operations in San Diego, California and Charleston, South Carolina. We employ more than 400 highly skilled professionals, delivering exceptional design, engineering and technical services for shipboard and shore-based Command and Control, Communications and Surveillance systems (C4ISR), physical security systems, Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, and meteorological (METOC) and navigation systems. We provide planning, installation, testing (FAT & SOVT), training and maintenance support for state of the art communications, surveillance and convergent technology systems.
