Ki Services: Information Tech
Ki provides IT support to the Army, Navy and the Joint Forces Command.
NETOPS/Computer Network Defense. Receive, evaluate, and process all computer network defense (CND)-related inquiries.
Database Management. Monitor production databases; analyze database usage and operations, adjusting, updating, and modifying the logical and physical structure of databases.
Systems Administration. Perform system analysis and security management functions in support of Information Mission Area (IMA) systems.
Configuration Management. Design, establish, and maintain baseline configurations for assigned systems.
Information Assurance. Monitor and interpret network traffic entering, exiting, and traversing networks; coordinate and interface with internal organizations to protect networks; alerts Watch Standers to network attacks and hacker attempts; and briefs the commanders.
Webpage Design and Maintenance. Design, update and maintain webpages used by all elements of the Army's worldwide network.
Training. Develop, maintain, update curriculums and schedule team members to ensure all are trained on current software, hardware, processes and procedures.
