Ki Engineers Complete a Successful System Replacement on the USS George Washington (CVN-73)

A team of more than 20 Ki engineers and integration technicians successfully completed a major Interior communications system replacement onboard USS George Washington (CVN-73) in Yokosuka, Japan. The team returned home in May from the 3-month deployment, which was accomplished ahead of schedule and under the expected budget of $1.6 M for the project. Work was accomplished for SPAWAR Atlantic under our prime SPAWAR Contract # N65236-07-D-8842.

Ki Awarded for Installation and Alteration Support Efforts

In April 2009, Ki, LLC, as the significant subcontractor to Five Rivers Services, LLC was awarded the Installation and Alteration Support Services for Common Aviation Support Equipment (CASE) and Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) at Shipboard and Shore Site Locations contract by Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Naval Air Engineering Station (NAES) located in Lakehurst, NJ. This is a 5-year ID/IQ contract with a potential value to the FRS Team of more than $18 M.
