SOLUTIONS IN INTELLIGENCE ANALYSIS (SIA)
The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Virginia Contracting Activity, Huntsville, Alabama, recently announced that a team led by Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) won a competitive, multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Solutions for Intelligence Analysis (SIA) contract. Ki, LLC is a member of the winning team which includes 2 large businesses and 30 small businesses. This contract is one of eight IDIQs awarded with an anticipated combined contract ceiling of $1 billion over a five-year period. The contract will enable rapid provision of intelligence analysis support across the full spectrum of Department of Defense intelligence organizations. The defense intelligence community includes the U.S. Armed Services Intelligence Centers, intelligence support to the combatant commanders and the Defense Intelligence Agency.
The comprehensive ability of this team to focus across all technical areas of the government’s requirements combined with multi-disciplined intelligence analysis experience provides the best value for DIA. The CTC team offers the government an alternative that will slow the spiraling increase in contracting costs by bringing new and untapped talent to large IDIQ contracts.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS-2 SERVICES (ITES-2S)
Ki has received a subcontract from Science Applications International Corporation [NYSE: SAI] to perform on the U.S. Army’s Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 2 Services Contract (ITES-2S). The ITES-2S contract is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity vehicle with a three-year base period of performance and a total of three, two-year options. SAIC is one of 16 companies to receive a prime contract award under the ITES-2S program, and the estimated, collective value of the entire program is $20 billion.
As a subcontractor to SAIC, Ki will have the opportunity to provide the Army with IT services, business process reengineering, information systems security, information assurance, network support, systems operations and maintenance, program management, enterprise design, integration and consolidation, and education and training.
NORAD-USNORTHCOM (N-NC) ADVISORY AND ASSISTANCE SERVICES (N2A2S)
N2A2S is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with an $800 million ceiling that supports North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and U.S. Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) with management, operational and professional support services and activities. This contract supports the development, execution and implementation of plans, programs, procedures, policy, and doctrine as well as provides training, analytical assessments and evaluations of complex issues to improve decision-making, management and administration of NORAD/USNORTHCOM processes in support of their respective missions Ki is a subcontractor to SAIC's Space and Geospatial Intelligence Business Unit in Colorado Springs, CO.
DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SUPPORT PROGRAM II (DESP II)
DESP II, a $1.9 billion ceiling, 5-year contract, has a wide scope aimed at technology and engineering services. The purpose of the contract is to provide rapid, high quality engineering and technical services to the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Air Logistics Center, the Army's Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM), other Air Force Commands, all Department of Defense Agencies, and other government entities (NASA, DOE, DOT, DOS, EPA, OSHA, etc.) having similar systems and/or requirements.
DESP II provides five categories of technical and engineering support services.
Category I - Technical Documentation, Courseware Development
Category II - System Design and Engineering Development
Category III - Software/Firmware
Category IV - Activities in Support of Operations/Processes for Maintenance and Repair, Support Equipment Studies, Support Equipment Improvement/Technology Insertion, Process Modeling, Analysis, and Re-Engineering
Category V - Environmental, Health, and Safety
